2918 SAYILI TRAFIK KANUNUNU MUTLAKA OKUYUN

Trafik kazasi sonucu yaralanan ve hastaneye kaldirilarak tedavi altina alinan kazazedelerin, kanuna gore tedavi icin ucret odememesi gerektigi belirtildi.

Tuketiciler Birligi, kazazedelerin haklariyla ilgili bir rapor hazirladi.
Kaza sonucu yaralanan ve herhangi bir hastanede tedavi goren kazazedelerin bu tedavileri sonucu hastane tarafindan ucret talep edilemeyeceginin belirtildigi raporda, 2918 Sayili Trafik Kanunu'na gore herhangi bir trafik kazasi sonucu yaralanan kisi en kisa surede hastaneye yetistirilmek ve gereken tedavinin yapilmasi hukumlerini iceriyor. Yonetm elige gore, hastane acil servisi, kendisine gelen kazazedenin maddi durumu, sosyal guvencesinin olup olmadigina ve hastanin ozelligine bakmadan gereken tedaviyi ve mudahaleyi herhangi bir ucret talep etmeden yapmak zorunda.
Bu tedavi sonucu olusan masrafin ise Saglik Bakanligi Karay ollari Trafik Doner Sermaye Isletmesi tarafindan karsilanacaginin belirtildigi rapora gore, vatandaslarin haklarini bilmedigi icin sorunlar yasandigini ve hastanelerin bu kanundan bihabermis gibi gozukup vatandastan para talep etmelerinin suc oldugu belirtildi.

Technology in multiphase flow rate calibration

For many years two-phase and multi-phase flows have been common throughout the oil and gas industry. Until recently, such flows were measured by separating the flow into its constituent components in a test separator followed by conventional single phase metering techniques.

In the constant drive towards more efficient production, development has been focused away from traditional test separators towards more flexible lower cost multiphase metering. Along with these meters goes the need for periodic in-situ calibration. This has led to the development of the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ PhaseCal.

The principle of the measurement is based on the tracer dilution technique that Tracerco have been using for more than forty years. Tracerco can offer the service using either radioactive or non-radioactive tracers.
